Taco Truck

Went on a lovely Taco date yesterday, after realizing that our normal spot was closed (wahh!). Luckily, this place was right around the corner from us, hiding in a parking lot behind a nightclub. I know that sounds beyond sketchy, but this place had glowingly high ratings on Google, so we decided to try it. Not only was the food amazing and glorious, but they also had like 6 flavors of agua fresca... which I am obsessed with. I ended up with the pineapple flavor, which was delicious and even had bits of pineapple pulp throughout.

I'm normally a lover of swanky restaurants that have gleaming marble bartops and an extensive wine list, where I can swill white Burgundies and cackle derisively to my heart's content. That said, sometimes you just need a good chow down in a no frills atmosphere.
